This policy outlines the rules for cancelling orders or reservations and the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services provided by Kagemiya Cafe & Bistro (hereafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our").
Standard Cancellation: Reservations must be cancelled at least 2 hours prior to the confirmed time to avoid a penalty.
Late Cancellation/No-Show: We reserve the right to charge a No-Show fee (typically the value of a pre-paid deposit) if the party fails to arrive or cancels after the standard window.
Immediate Cancellation (Full Refund): An order can be cancelled with a full refund only if the request is made within 5 minutes of placing the order, and before our kitchen begins preparation.
Late Cancellation: If cancellation is requested after food preparation has started, the order is non-refundable.
Self-Collection No-Show: If an order is not picked up within 60 minutes of the scheduled collection time, it is considered a No-Show, and no refund will be provided.
Refunds are provided only for cancellations made in accordance with this policy, or for incorrect/missing items reported immediately upon receipt.
Reporting Issues: Issues with incorrect or missing items must be reported within 30 minutes of delivery/collection.
Processing Time: Approved refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days by us. The time for credit to appear in the customer's account is dependent on their bank.
